Aquifer is an all-in-one performance platform to help you create quality character animations faster than ever!
Whether you need to rig, motion capture, or apply facial animations to your character, Aquifer provides an easy to use workflow for you and your team.
HOW TO USE AQUIFER TO EXPORT FBX ANIMATIONS
Step1: Select and prep your character.
Use one of our pre-loaded characters to capture animations. Once you’ve chosen a model, apply real-time exaggerations for your character before recording or streaming. You can also turn neck rotation and mirroring on or off before capture
Step 2: Name your recording.
Before capturing animations name your recording to help you manage your sessions.
Step 3: Select timer and smoothing settings.
Toggle countdown and animation smoothing on or off before recording.
Step 4: Choose camera view.
Select camera view to show your own face or your model while recording by toggling between Standard grid and Model grid.
Step 5: Record.
Tap the record button and capture 50 muscle movements on the face, including eyes and tongue at 60 fps for up to 20 seconds.
Step 6: Review and export your recordings.
Tap a recording to review your performance. Then when ready export your session to use with your preferred animation software such as Unity, Maya, Blender, or Unreal. Each file will contain FBX, MP4 and WAV files for every recording.
HOW TO USE AQUIFER FOR REAL-TIME STREAMING
You can also use the app to live-stream animation directly into Unity using our package or to stream into your own Unity games and apps. While streaming you can apply exaggerations to character expressions and Aquifer will smooth the animation in real-time for high quality streaming.

The subscription is only $19/month! Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage app subscriptions in your iTunes Account settings. If you signed up on the Aquifer Dashboard you can manage your subscription from the ‘Account’ tab. Monthly renewals are charged at USD$19.00 (local prices apply). No contract, cancel anytime.
